Job Description

The IT Service Owner plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and business continuity of our IT business services ecosystem. With a high degree of independence, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of new IT services, from initiation to decommission. Your responsibilities include managing the business services ecosystem, facilitating governance meetings, executing quality assurance, and supporting service roadmaps. Additionally, you will collaborate with IT suppliers, monitor service costs and capacity, and ensure timely and accurate asset & configuration management.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of business services ecosystem, including product vision, roadmap, and backlog prioritization.
  • Ensure business continuity and facilitate governance meetings (BSS) with relevant stakeholders.
  • Execute quality assurance and performance monitoring of IT services, adhering to SLAs.
  • Support service roadmaps by documenting and validating planned activities and technical releases.
  • Manage the execution of technical releases, change management, and service communication.
  • Identify and manage dependencies between services and planned changes in other areas.
  • Monitor service costs, contribute to cost impact analysis, and actively seek cost-saving measures.
  • Approve minor service enhancements and manage service documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT suppliers and monitor service license usage and capacity.
  • Ensure timely and accurate asset & configuration management (CMDB).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices and product management, with cross-functional and international experience.
  • Proven expertise in ITIL, service experience management, and business performance reporting.
  • Excellent change management, collaboration, and cost management skills.
  • Experience in managing suppliers, especially SaaS and ecosystem providers/integrators.
  • A customer-centric approach and a focus on data security and legal compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the entire lifecycle of IT services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for performance reporting and incident management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for continuous service improvement.
