Job Description

Your future team

You will join our IT Operations team as the end-to-end owner of a defined service, working closely with business users, Level 2/3 support teams, infrastructure experts and project teams. You will be the single point of contact for your service and play a key role in ensuring stability, performance and a high level of user satisfaction.

Your next challenge

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for your service (IT teams, users, providers).
  2. Ensure SLA/OLA compliance, high availability and user satisfaction.
  3. Handle incidents and requests via the ticketing tool and coordinate escalation.
  4. Monitor service health, track KPIs and propose corrective/preventive actions.
  5. Maintain procedures and documentation, and support changes (upgrades, deployments, migrations).

Your skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. 2–3 years in an Operational IT Team (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3).
  3. Good knowledge of Windows Server and ticketing tools.
  4. Familiarity with network fundamentals (DNS, firewall, routing, load balancing).
  5. Understanding of Active Directory, PowerShell, SQL and Cloud
  6. Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
