We’re looking for an IT Service Manager to join us at Telia.
I’m Darius Likas, Head of ITS Support, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on delivering reliable IT support and service management, ensuring operational stability and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do:
Ensure reliable IT service delivery by driving service quality, incident resolution, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Manage IT service operations, ensuring service stability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
Drive incident, problem, and change management processes while coordinating resolution of critical issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and support teams to improve service quality and user experience.
Improve monitoring, reporting, and automation capabilities to proactively prevent incidents and enhance service performance.
What will help you thrive in this role:
You are proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Proven experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, incident and problem management, and service performance measurement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive continuous improvement, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Interest in or experience with AI-driven solutions supporting IT operations, monitoring, or automation.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range for this position - 4000-5000 Eur (gross) + annual performance/sales bonuses Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
