• Orchestrate Change: Lead change and release management processes, meticulously planning and executing transitions for minimal operational impact.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner with development, operations, and other IT teams to coordinate changes, releases, and deployments, ensuring alignment and efficient execution.
• Tool Mastery: Manage change requests, releases, and documentation within ITSM tools, maintaining records and ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Document for Excellence: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for change and release processes, promoting consistency and alignment with best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze and optimize change and release management processes, identifying opportunities to streamline procedures and boost overall efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: Proven track record in change and release management within an IT, Technology, or Operations environment.
• ITSM Expertise: Solid understanding of ITSM principles and proficiency with ITSM tools.
• Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify potential roadblocks and devise proactive solutions.
• Exceptional Communicator: Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, explaining complex processes in simple terms.
• Multitasker: Handle multiple priorities simultaneously, adapting to changing demands and demonstrating strong time management.

• Deployment Skills: Practical experience deploying software applications and updates.
