The IT Service Management Analyst supports and maintains the processes and procedures that enable effective IT service delivery across MedHealth. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, this role develops the Freshservice platform to ensure it remains well‑managed, efficient, and aligned to organisational needs. The role is responsible for building integrations and new modules that enhance system capability and streamline service delivery, contributing to consistent and high‑quality IT services.
