What is your role?

As part of the IT organization, the IT Service Desk Technician provides first and second-level technical support for plant users, ensuring reliable access to IT services, workplace technology, and business-critical systems. This role supports end users, Microsoft 365 solutions, computer equipment, mobile devices, printing services, and basic IT infrastructure, while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What will you do?

• Provide first and second-level technical support for plant personnel, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, connectivity, and Microsoft 365-related issues.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and workplace technology, including hardware replacements, software installations, imaging, and system upgrades.
• Support HP print environments, managed print services, server rooms, network equipment, and APC UPS systems, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the corporate IT Service Management platform, ensuring SLA compliance and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors while documenting technical procedures, solutions, and support activities to maintain operational excellence.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve IT services, automate processes, and enhance the end-user experience.

What do you need to have?

• Associate's Degree, Technical Degree, or Bachelor's Degree,
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting Windows-based environments and Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Experience working with IT ticketing and service management systems.
• Advanced English.
