Job Title: IT Service Desk Support Technician

RayaCX is a leading customer experience management company that provides innovative solutions to businesses worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Service Desk Support Technician to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt.
As an IT Service Desk Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and internal employees. You will work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as assist with the maintenance and administration of our IT systems. This is a full-time position with regular business hours, but occasional after-hours support may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or vendors, as needed
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and applications
- Create and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and other productivity tools
- Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- IT certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
