In this position, you will be an integral part of the Global IT Service Desk team and provide essential IT support to Lundbeck employees and external consultants worldwide. You will handle reported IT service requests and incidents, ensuring the swift restoration of normal service with minimal disruption to our business operations. You will also participate in different IT projects.

Your future team

Lundbeck GBS Krakow is a part of corporate functions and a strategic part of Lundbeck, global pharmaceutical company specialized in brain diseases.

As an IT Specialist, you will join our multicultural Team of IT Supporters located in Krakow and provide the IT support to Lundbeck globally. This is a unique chance to become part of a dedicated Team, develop your IT skills and collaborate with international colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.

You will have the opportunity to participate in various IT projects, enhancing your skills and collaborating with international colleagues. Our energizing workplace fosters innovation and creativity, ensuring you grow both personally and professionally.

What you bring to the team

  • Professional Experience Minimum of 2 years, particularly in end-user support within an international Service Desk.
  • Technical Skills Proficient in Windows 10, Active Directory, SharePoint, Office 365, and ITSM Systems.
  • Language Proficiency C1 level in both English and Spanish.
  • Soft Skills Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude, and the capacity to thrive in a multinational team.
  • You are known for your technical understanding and your eagerness to learn.
  • You work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive demeanor even in challenging situations.

Annual base salary range: (81 500 - 112 090) PLN gross.

At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
