IT Service Desk Specialist | University Students & Recent Graduates

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for 3rd or 4th year undergraduate students and recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in IT Support and Service Desk.This role is located inİstanbul In this role, you will oversee IT L1 support operations, ensuring that all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with our company standards.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Must be currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor's degree program, or be a recent graduate. (Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Participate and support projects, global and local meeting meetings
• Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule is required
• Proficiencyin English (written & verbal)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Serves end users in resolving desktop issues by fielding telephone calls and email communication, diagnosing problems and performing troubleshooting activities.
• Responsible for resolving incidents or escalate for further support.
• Provide guidence about IT procedure/policies in order to help them to fulfill end users requirements.
