Job Description

Provide support to end-users, support and direction for New-Hire Experiences (NHEs), communication and correspondence on behalf of the department, coordination and organization of IT asset management, and support for department reporting requirements to maintain compliance. Assist with technical and non-technical research and analysis. Collect, proofread, edit, format, and distribute documentation needed by staff, such as technical user guides, policy information, and other relevant data.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support for New Hire IT onboarding activities, ensuring smooth setup of systems, hardware, and software for an optimal first-day experience.
  • Play an important role in the coordination of IT asset lifecycle, including purchasing hardware and software, coordinating deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Assist with day-to-day communication and correspondence with users across the organization.
  • Manage and monitor Microsoft and Azure user licenses for AbsoluteCare.
  • Manage documentation of operational processes within the IT department.
  • Support physical access systems requests.
  • Manage Microsoft OneDrive and Outlook legal holds, retention requests, and shared access requests.
  • Create and distribute IT and IT Service Delivery correspondence such as letters, memos, and email announcements for the purpose of informing users of relevant events taking place within the company.
  • Purchase new and recurring information technology supplies, services, software, hardware, and systems.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing technology-related parcels related to employee onboarding and/or separations.
  • Manage all Health Information Systems access for staff across the organization by creating employee accounts, partnering with other departments to create portal access for new clinical users and maintaining employee access for each site.
  • Maintain HIS documentation and reference material for organizational use.
  • Perform other IT operational duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • A four-year college degree, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Office 365 suite certification or ability to obtain.

Experience & Skills

  • At least 3 years of progressive experience supporting teams and processes in a busy enterprise environment.
  • Well developed, professional, effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel.
  • Microsoft SharePoint user experience a plus.
  • Microsoft Azure and Microsoft License management experience.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a geographically distributed team.
  • Ability to create quality documentation under guidance from IT personnel.
  • A high-level of integrity and trust, able to pass stringent background screening.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and state and federal guidelines on privacy and security is a plus.

Working conditions

This job operates in a remote capacity. This role routinely uses general office equipment. Robust and reliable internet connection from home or location where employee will be working is required.

  • Constantly operates computer, keyboard, copy and fax machine, phone, and other general office equipment.
