Job Description

#yourmission

  • Du überprüfst die Hochverfügbarkeit der Kunden-IT-Systeme (Fokus Linux), die rund um den Globus verteilt sind
  • Dazu gehören Checks bei unseren Kunden vor Ort (max. 4 Tage/Monat)
  • Dabei überprüfst bzw. auditierst du die gesamte IT-Infrastruktur und kümmerst dich um die Backups sowie Updates (Betriebssystem und Firmware) unserer Kundenanlagen
  • Beratungen und Optimierungsvorschläge sowie Schulungen für unsere Kunden gehören ebenso dazu
  • Du bist neben den Checks für die Vor- und Nachbereitung auch für die stetige Analyse der IT-Auslastung und Performance zuständig
  • Du übernimmst die Installation und Wartung unserer Antiviren-Lösung, um die Sicherheit der Kundensysteme zu gewährleisten
  • Die Einrichtung der System Monitoring Software sowie die dazu gehörigen Überprüfungen gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich (Lehre, HTL, Uni/FH)
  • Je mehr Erfahrung und Expertise du im Bereich Netzwerk, Server und Virtualisierungen hast, umso mehr begeisterst du uns
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und kannst auch in Englisch kommunizieren
  • In unser Team passt du, wenn du eigenverantwortlich agierst, kommunikativ, flexibel und kundenorientiert bist

Wir bieten dir fachliche und persönliche Weiterbildungsprogramme sowie die Mitarbeit in einem motivierten Team, in dem die Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Begeisterung für die Umsetzung von Ideen willkommen sind. Für diese Position gilt ein Mindestgehalt von EUR brutto 3.040,- pro Monat. Wir bieten jedoch eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von deiner Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung.
