1. 負責硬體/主機/網路/軟體伺服器/雲端架構/虛擬化架構規劃與管理。
2. 客戶系統相關需求單維護工作，包含監控與警示系統整合建置、Log 處理與分析。
3. 協助 UNIX、LINUX 系統維運管理、技術說明及 SOP 文件撰寫。
4. 以文字或流程圖描述系統架構並分析方案成本效益。
5. 協助客戶問題盤點與分析，針對軟硬體架構與應用系統提出建議。
6. 售後協助客戶排除故障問題。
7. 協助推廣公司所發展的產品或技術，並進行產品知識訓練或分享。
8. 執行公司或主管所交付的執行方案及達成衡量指標與工作目標。

[必要] 專案管理、邏輯分析及問題解決能力
