1. Menjamin dan memastikan operasional infrastruktur server dapat beroprasional dengan baik,
sehingga layanan aplikasi dan data dapat digunakan dengan lancar.
2. Melakukan kontrol, monitor dan capacity planning terhadap resources IT, seperti kapasitas
CPU, RAM, dan Storage, agar dapat digunakan secara memadai oleh aplikasi yang berjalan baik
production, development dan DRC.
3. Melakukan pemantauan terhadap aset perangkat keras, berupa, server-server, storage, SAN
Switch dan perangkat keras pendukung lainnya.
4. Melakukan update patching terhadap operating system dan firmware dari perangkat hardware.
1. Merancang, mengawasi, dan berpartisipasi dalam penerapan teknologi dan platform yang
mendukung server infrastruktur platform.
2. Melakukan site reliability testing/ swing DR.
3. Mengatur penyimpanan & pemantauan untuk hardware dan sistem penyimpanan baik local
storage mapupun cloud storage.
4. Mengidentifikasi dan memecahkan masalah yang mempengaruhi pengoperasian infrastruktur
data perusahaan.
5. Pemeliharaan server website.
6. Rekomendasi peningkatan hardware.
7. Perbaikan masalah pada software & Operating system.
8. Melakukan upgrade sistem dan Operating system (patching).
9. Melakukan backup-restore secara terjadwal.
10. Wewenang:
1. Perangkat keras pada data center, cabang & DRC, meliputi, server, storage, san switch dan
perangkat keras pada datacenter.
