Job Summary
:

We are looking for an experienced UI Architect with a strong technical background and deep expertise in Vue.js, who has a proven track record in product-based companies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of frontend architecture, design principles, and an ability to drive technical direction for high-quality user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
:

1. 
   Architect and Design
   : Define, develop, and drive the architecture of frontend systems, emphasizing scalability, performance, and reusability with a focus on Vue.js.

2. 
   Technical Leadership
   : Provide thought leadership, guiding technical direction, setting best practices, and driving the adoption of modern frontend frameworks and tools across the team.

3. 
   Collaboration
   : Work closely with UX designers, backend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create seamless, user-centric interfaces aligned with business goals and user needs.

4. 
   Prototyping and Development
   : Build interactive prototypes and proof-of-concept applications to validate new ideas, iterate on designs, and ensure technical feasibility.

5. 
   Optimization and Performance Tuning
   : Ensure applications are optimized for maximum speed, reliability, and scalability, considering performance best practices and ensuring consistent experience across devices and browsers.

6. 
   Mentorship and Code Review
   : Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish and enforce coding standards to ensure clean, maintainable code.

7. 
   Continuous Improvement
   : Stay updated on emerging trends in UI architecture, frontend development, and Vue.js; drive innovation in UI development practices and tools.

• 
  10+ years of professional experience in UI/Frontend development with at least 3+ years in a UI Architect or similar leadership role in a product-based company.

• 
  Proven hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Vue.js, including Vue Router, Vuex, Composition API, and Single File Components.

• 
  Strong knowledge of core web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.

• 
  Experience with design patterns, state management, component-based architectures, and front-end libraries.

• 
  Experience in micro-frontend architecture, building modular and component driven UI architecture.

• 
  Proficiency with modern frontend tools and libraries (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Jest, etc.) and familiarity with CI/CD processes for frontend applications.

• 
  Experience with frontend testing frameworks (like Jest, Mocha, Cypress) and implementing automated testing in the UI development process.

• 
  Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility issues, ensuring consistent experiences across various devices and platforms.

• 
  Experience in setting up and maintaining coding standards, conducting code reviews, and enforcing quality best practices.

• 
  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• 
  Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.

• 
  Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
