of the role:

Reporting to the VP, IT PMO, the Senior Manager, PMO – Test, Release, and Cutover Management is accountable for leading the end‑to‑end quality assurance strategy—including test planning, execution, and automation—managing environment releases, and overseeing comprehensive cutover planning and execution to ensure the seamless and successful transition of projects into the production environment leads the overall quality assurance strategy, oversees test planning and execution (including automation), manages environment releases, and directs cutover planning to ensure smooth project transitions into production.

This role operates in a highly dynamic, fast‑paced fast‑paced global environment and plays a pivotal lead key leadership role in a multi‑year multi‑year enterprise ERP program, as the organization embarks on a strategic transition guiding the organization’s transition from its current SAP landscape to SAP S/4HANA under the SAP RISE program. The incumbent will be at the forefront of this journey, shaping testing, release, and cutover strategies that enable business continuity while supporting large‑scale modernization, cloud adoption, and unlocks future innovation shape testing, release, and cutover strategies to maintain business continuity while enabling modernization, cloud adoption, and future innovation.

The incumbent will orchestrate the optimal use of SAP environments, working closely with the Basis and Application teams to understand requirements and to establish, maintain, and communicate an integrated Environment Plan optimize the use of SAP environments by collaborating with Basis and Application teams to define, maintain, and communicate an integrated Environment Plan. How you will make contributions that matter:

  • Manage the scope, schedule, and annual planning of application releases, ensuring alignment with stakeholders across application, digital, and regional IT teams and ensuring the delivery of releases from scoping through readiness for production delivering releases from scoping through production readiness.
  • Oversee the SAP environment plan / calendar to support the delivery of SAP projects and releases. Liaise with Technical architecture/infrastructure team to support SAP projects and releases, coordinating with technical architecture and infrastructure teams to ensure availability of environments to support all project and maintenance activities to support SAP projects and releases.
  • Ensure compliance to policies and audit adherence to policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.
  • Work with Partner with the Basis and SAP application teams to plan for periodic and required and execute periodic SAP support packs and upgrades.
  • Lead the planning and execution of complex integrated cutover plans impacting across manufacturing plants, warehouses, and and back‑office functions, covering technical steps, data activities, business readiness tasks, and readiness gates technical, data, business readiness, and gating activities.
  • Orchestrate Coordinate technical transports, data migrations, business readiness checkpoints readiness checkpoints, and change management initiatives efforts across diverse global teams and regions.
  • Champion the test methodology and tools testing methodologies and tools across major projects and sustainment, Lead or assign team members to manage test activities overseeing all testing phases (strategy, SIT, UAT, performance, regression) and coach/advise other IT colleagues coaching IT teams on testing best practices.
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing management governance of a test automation capability test automation, including governance, and oversight oversight of internal and/or external teams responsible for script maintenance for script development and maintenance.
  • Manage a team of direct reports as well as and coordinate internal IT and consulting resources across project and sustainment activity work.
  • Drive continuous improvement to procedures in procedures for the distribution and installation distributing and deploying changes to IT systems.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field—or or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years in various leadership roles for of leadership experience in SAP implementations and IT operations.
  • Strong technical acumen expertise in ERP systems, landscapes, transports, interfaces integrations, and data migration.
  • Experience leading or planning planning or leading ERP environments, releases, or Change Advisory Boards CAB processes with a strong understanding and hands‑on application practical ITIL‑based service management knowledge.
  • Proven experience leading global cutover planning track record in global cutover leadership, including mock rehearsals runs, data extraction/loading migration, and integration issue resolution, combined with strong project management skills in developing and managing integrated cutover plans, risk assessments, and contingency strategies and risk/contingency planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams and coordinate collaborate with IT, business units, vendors, and system integrators.
  • Experience facilitating executive‑level Go‑Live readiness meetings reviews and defining go/no‑go criteria.
  • Experience implementing and sustaining a test automation capability test automation, including tooling tools, governance, and managing teams responsible for script maintenance oversight.
  • Proficient in one or more testing tools and ALM platforms; advanced Excel skills Proficiency with testing tools, ALM platforms, advanced Excel, and familiarity with MS Office and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and report influence at Director and VP levels.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams, driving accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement through effective goal setting and performance management Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Experience driving process improvement and enterprise‑wide standards and frameworks and establishing enterprise‑wide standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced global environment with shifting priorities.

Salary: 106,870$ to 140,270$

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
