• We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Senior Manager to lead and oversee the company's IT Infrastructure, IT Security, and Information Management functions for a global manufacturing operation in Indonesia.
• This role will be responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT operations across manufacturing plants, offices, and business functions while supporting digital transformation and business growth initiatives.
• The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT leader with strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments, cybersecurity, network systems, server operations, end-user support, and IT governance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Management

• 
  Lead and manage overall IT infrastructure operations including:
  • 
    Data Center & Server Management
  • 
    Network Infrastructure （LAN/WAN/WiFi）
  • 
    Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure
  • 
    End User Computing & Helpdesk Services
  • 
    Backup, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
• 
  Ensure high system availability, reliability, and operational efficiency across all sites.
• 
  Manage infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and technology refresh initiatives.
• 
  Monitor IT performance and implement continuous improvements.

2. IT Security & Governance

• 
  Develop and implement IT security strategies, policies, and best practices.
• 
  Ensure cybersecurity protection for company systems, networks, applications, and data.
• 
  Lead vulnerability assessments, risk management, and incident response activities.
• 
  Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards, global policies, and relevant regulations.
• 
  Manage user access control, data protection, and IT audit requirements.

3. IT Information Management

• 
  Oversee enterprise data management, information systems governance, and reporting structures.
• 
  Ensure proper management of company information assets and documentation.
• 
  Support ERP, manufacturing systems, and enterprise applications integration initiatives.
• 
  Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve data accuracy and information accessibility.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• 
  Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team including infrastructure, support, and security personnel.
• 
  Manage IT vendors, service providers, and external consultants.
• 
  Partner with regional and global IT teams to align local operations with global standards.
• 
  Support manufacturing operations by ensuring stable and responsive IT services.
• 
  Prepare and manage IT budgets, CAPEX, and OPEX planning.

General Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 
  Minimum 10 years of experience in:
  • 
    IT Infrastructure Management
  • 
    Network & Server Administration
  • 
    IT Helpdesk & End User Support
  • 
    IT Security & Information Management
• 
  Minimum 5 years in managerial or leadership role.
• 
  Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity frameworks.
• 
  Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or multinational company environment is highly preferred.
• 
  Familiar with ERP systems, manufacturing systems, and enterprise applications.
• 
  Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
