Overview of the role:

Saputo is seeking an IT Senior Analyst, Enterprise Applications – Human Capital Management Process & Solutions for an existing opportunity within our organization. The Senior Analyst (Workday Integrations), IT Process & Solutions, HCM will work and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, other IT HCM team members and across multiple functional areas where solutions integrate across business process areas to deliver HR business and technical solutions. This person will apply their Workday Integrations skills and Workday HCM leading practices to develop, support and sustain integrations between Workday HCM and other HR and non-HR internal and external systems including ADP, WorkforceSoftware, iChris Payroll, ResourceLink Payroll, amongst others.

The Senior Analyst (Workday Integrations), IT Process & Solutions, HCM will have in-depth Workday HCM integrations knowledge and expertise doing analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of various Workday integrations, including Studio and .NET (C#) Applications. On an on-going basis this person will work with other IT HCM team members and IT and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements/specifications, identify and design integration solution options and provide detailed work estimates for implementation.

The Senior Analyst (Workday Integrations), IT Process & Solutions, HCM is recognised as a subject matter expert within the Workday Integrations domain and will actively participate in the implementation of new solutions and integrations to support and sustain Saputo's HR business processes and systems, as well as supporting the IT and HR departments and teams on the day-to-day systems’ operation. This person needs to be able to collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders to design and implement solutions that are adequate and compliant with IT strategies and frameworks. The ideal candidate for this position will also possess project management skills, as well as Process and System integration skills.

How you will make contributions that matter:

• Translate business needs and functional requirements into integration requirements while ensuring Workday HCM leading practices for Integrations are applied accordingly (including timelines and estimates to implement);
• Develop, enhance, support and sustain existing and new required integrations in the Saputo Workday Integrations landscape;
• Work collaboratively with other IT HCM team members to sustain the adequate operation of all HCM applications supported, and their corresponding system development lifecycle including: requirements gathering, process solution design, build, test (FUT, SIT and UAT), deployment, and hypercare support.
• Ability to work independently with support and coaching from other IT HCM members in complex situations;
• Become a key contributor in the implementation, deployment and support of Saputo's HR applications, particularly regarding Workday integrations;
• Interpret internal or external business requirements/issues reported for Integrations and, in collaboration with the IT HCM Architect, and other IT HCM team members, identify and recommend optimal solutions to address them;
• Assess, review and document in detail, Integration solution options to meet business requirements and demand, keeping an eye toward cross functional application and/or business process impacts within the Workday HCM Integrations domain and with other process areas;
• Present work for review in structured walkthrough presentations of application systems to/with IT team members and business users during various stages of the system lifecycle process;
• Collaborate with other IT analysts, specialists, solution architects and software vendors on business solutions, architecture strategy, roadmaps, standards and governance;
• Investigate, analyse, and resolve production system issues as they arise following the standard Saputo procedures in place during standard working hours and off-hours (exceptionally) as needed;
• Further develop and strengthen technical and functional knowledge of the Workday HCM application including but not limited to Integrations involving the Core HCM, Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Learning, Absences, Payroll (Canada/US) modules and functionality;
• Keeping up-to-date on Workday HCM Integrations leading practices;
• Working with remote teams from both, business and IT across multiple geographies and time zones.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent;
• Workday HR Integrations experience is a must; cross functional exposure and deep hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, WECI, PECI/PICOF, RaaS, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/XSLT, and Document Transformation.
• Previous experience developing all types of Workday HCM integrations;
• Previous experience in Workday HCM implementation projects;
• 4+ years of solid Workday HCM Integrations development experience;
• 5+ years of Workday HR implementation experience with expertise and strong business acumen in HR functional integration;
• Knowledge of HR business processes and their integration with other process areas (e.g. Finance, PM, etc);
• Relevant experience in multiple Workday deployments as Integrations SME throughout the SDLC (requirements gathering, process solution design, config/build, testing, deployment and support);
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Adept at building relationships with internal teams and external partners;
• Ability to collaborate with a global team and collaborate at all levels. Strong people skills;
• Ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced project environment with interdependencies spanning multiple work-streams, teams, business divisions, geographies, time zones, & languages;
• Willingness to learn and with a hands-on approach;
• Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and SharePoint;
• Language Skills: English (spoken and written) ; French (spoken) a plus.
• Nice to have: Previous experience with integrations of other HR solutions and systems;
• Nice to have: Project Management experience or successful completion of a recognised project management curriculum (i.e. PMP Certified- PMI);

Salary: $88,140 to $115,685

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
