About the role

You will own the execution of user engagement and re-engagement campaigns across owned channels, working closely with marketing and product managers. You'll be the hands-on operator behind our MoEngage setup, running campaigns that activate new users, recover dormant ones, and reduce attrition. If you love being in the weeds of campaign execution, obsess over messaging that converts, and know your way around tools like MoEngage and WhatsApp Business, we'd love to meet you.

(Focus areas: portfolio actions on activation, average spend per account, dormant account management, attrition management and reactivation)


How you will make an impact

  • Monitor & Respond: You’ll be our first responder, managing our SOC team and SIEM/SOAR stack and turning "alerts" into "actions” by developing and fine-tuning relevant rules & playbooks.

  • Automate alert responses to minimize alert fatigue and response time via security workflow automations.

  • Incident Resolution: Lead security incidents management - from initial detection to post-mortem analysis to prevent re-occurrence.

  • Vulnerability Management: Hunt for weaknesses in our applications and infrastructures and close the gaps before the bad guys do.

  • Policy Compliance: Ensure organizational protocols adhere to industry best-practices and regulatory frameworks.

  • Be The Champion: Own our security solutions stack from EDR, WAF, SOAR, etc. Be the subject matter expert and internal champion for these solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to improve and contribute to our security program.



What you need to have

  • Problem-solving skills to help with problem resolutions

  • Technical Expertise in IT Security Operations covering broad angles ranging from application, infrastructure, network, and cloud.

  • Toolbox Mastery: Hands-on experience with EDR, WAF, SOAR, and other security solutions.

  • Scripting Skills: You look at security vulnerabilities and know what to do to fix them. This requires the knowledge and logic of some well-known languages, such as Python, Go, etc.

  • Security by default: A "security-first" mindset that incorporates security in everything you do.

  • Resilience: Things don’t always go smoothly. In case things fail, you know how to recover quickly and learn your lessons.

  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skill in English to collaborate with diverse multi-national teams.
