Role Snapshot – IT Security (Officer/Manager)

Location: Arca South, Taguig (Onsite)
Level: Mid to Senior (Officer / Manager track)
Budget: ₱135K – ₱175K basic + allowances

What They're Really Looking For

This is a hands-on security lead who can both build and enforce security posture across the organization. Not just policy, but execution.

End-to-end ownership of IT security framework (policies implementation enforcement)

Strong infrastructure + security operations background (not purely governance)

Experience handling incidents, vulnerabilities, and audits

Ability to work cross-functionally (IT, HR, Legal, Business)

Someone who can drive security culture (training, awareness, phishing programs)

Core Responsibilities (Simplified)

Build and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures

Secure networks, servers, endpoints, apps, and cloud

Handle patching, vulnerability management, and remediation

Lead incident detection, response, and investigation

Support audits and regulatory compliance

Run security awareness programs

Embed security into day-to-day operations

Ideal Candidate Profile

3+ years in IT Security (but realistically, this budget leans closer to ~5–8 years total IT exp with solid security exposure)

Strong exposure to:

  Network & endpoint security

  Vulnerability management tools
• 
  SIEM / log monitoring
• 
  Incident response
  
  Experience in regulated environments (finance, fintech, lending, banking) is a big plus
  
  Certifications are preferred (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISSP – depending on level)

Compensation Breakdown

Basic: ₱135K – ₱175K

Rice Allowance: ₱1,500/month

Transportation: ₱150/day
