  Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise vulnerability and exposure management processes;
• 
  Define and maintain governance frameworks, roles, and accountability for remediation activities;
• 
  Ensure risk-based prioritization of vulnerabilities, considering business impact, exploitability, and asset criticality;
• 
  Manage the full vulnerability lifecycle (discovery, assessment, prioritization, remediation tracking, validation);
• 
  Monitor KPIs, track service maturity, and recommend improvements;
• 
  Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders and senior management;
• 
  Coordinate cross-functional teams responsible for remediation activities;
• 
  Act as a central point of contact between security teams and technology owners;
• 
  Support teams in understanding vulnerabilities and defining remediation priorities;
• 
  Drive standardization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency;
• 
  Ensure alignment with enterprise risk management and security governance frameworks;
• 
  Maintain documentation and process standards.

Requirements

• 
  Very good command of English;
• 
  7+ years of experience in IT Security or Cybersecurity Management;
• 
  Strong understanding of vulnerability management and cyber risk processes;
• 
  Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys);
• 
  Knowledge of cloud security (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and application security fundamentals;
• 
  Good understanding of security standards and secure configuration practices;
• 
  Experience in enterprise environments and working with cross-functional teams;
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• 
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• 
  Structured, process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

• 
  Experience in leading or mentoring technical teams;
• 
  Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, or cloud security certifications);
• 
  Experience with automation and security process optimization;
