Why This Role Is Right for You
As an IT Security & Compliance Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Tallinn, Estonia. Together, we work on supporting information security, compliance, and risk-related activities that help ensure secure, reliable, and compliant digital payment services.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Support the Security & Compliance Manager in daily activities and initiatives.
- Contribute to the implementation and follow-up of security and compliance controls.
- Participate in internal and external reviews, assessments, and audits.
- Support coordination with IT, development, and business teams on security-related topics.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and preparation of compliance-related materials.
- Ensure continuity of security and compliance activities when substituting for the Security & Compliance Manager.

Essential Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in IT or information security, with a focus on systems, infrastructure, or networks.
- Solid understanding of and proven track record of working with core information security and compliance concepts.
- Strong knowledge of Linux environments. Alternatively, deep expertise in Windows environments is also valued.
- Solid understanding of networking and system concepts, ideally gained through hands-on experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in English.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience working with audits or regulatory requirements.
- Exposure to security, compliance, or risk management processes.
- Interest in or understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Experience in regulated or financial environments.
- Estonian language skills.
