Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking IT Security Architect who will play an integral role in shaping and elevating the organization's security strategy, architecture, and practices. The Security Architect will translate business objectives and risk management priorities into effective, modern, and scalable security processes – all enabled by the right technologi, frameworks, and services.

A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks
- Develop and maintain the dormakaba IT security architecture and standards.
- Assess existing security measures and identify vulnerabilities, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Design secure network, cloud and system configurations, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulations.
- Lead the implementation of security solutions, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies.
- Conduct IT risk assessments and security audits, defining KPIs and preparing detailed reports.
- Provide expert guidance on security-related issues during the design and development of IT projects.
- Monitor emerging threats and trends, adapting security strategies proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve security incidents and ensure swift recovery.
- Deliver training and awareness programmes to promote a culture of security within the IT organisation.
EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills
- Over 5 years of proven experience in IT security architecture, ideally within large and complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), network security, DLP, Zero Trust and cloud security principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, CEH) are highly desirable.
