Cintas is currently seeking an IT SAP Manager – Middleware within the Corporate Information Technology organization. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all approved SAP middleware and integration platform activities. The position provides leadership and oversight for partner-led delivery teams supporting SAP PO, SAP BTP CPI, SAP BTP Mobile Services, SAP SLT, Fivetran, and Syclo. The Manager ensures middleware solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with Cintas business processes, SAP best practices, and long‑term IT strategy, while supporting acquisitions and legacy system migrations.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing strategic direction and day-to‑day leadership across the full middleware lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development oversight, testing coordination, deployment, and operational support
  • Partnering closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, architects, and external vendors to deliver high‑quality enterprise integrations supporting customers, vendors, and internal operations

Skills/Qualifications

Required
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP middleware or enterprise integration platforms.
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting daily team activities, coaching/mentoring, career development planning, performance management, recruiting and hiring, or overseeing partner-based delivery models.
Demonstrated experience overseeing SAP integration solutions utilizing all or any of the following:
SAP PO / PI
SAP BTP CPI and SAP BTP services
API‑based, event‑driven, and file‑based integrations
IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, and SFTP integrations
Experience delivering full lifecycle middleware solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical and business concepts to all levels of the organization.
Preferred
Experience with SAP BTP Mobile Services and Syclo mobility solutions.
Experience with SAP SLT for real‑time or near real‑time data replication.
Experience with cloud‑based data integration platforms such as Fivetran.
Exposure to legacy and third‑party integration technologies (e.g., webMethods or mainframe integrations).
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
Understanding of integration architecture patterns, API management, and event‑driven architectures.
