Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) under guidance from the sales team.
• Support prospecting and lead generation efforts on LinkedIn.
• Help track and update Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) in the pipeline.
• Assist in preparing for and coordinating business development and sales meetings (audio/video).
• Support the sales team through stages of the Sales Cycle (discovery, assessment, proposal, negotiation) as needed.
• Record status, manage information, and update reporting in the CRM tools
• Conduct research to help identify new markets and customer needs (ICP).

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in business/marketing/CS or a relevant field from a reputable university.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written, English).
• Good research aptitude to help understand client needs and industry trends.
• Comfortable assisting with or observing presentations and prospect engagement.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, or other lead-generation/CRM tools is a plus.
• Candidates with an O/A Level academic background will be given preference.
