
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
IT Sales Hunter
to focus on
new business acquisition
within the technology sector. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a strong hunter mindset, capable of identifying opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and closing deals. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to position them effectively to address client business challenges.
Proactively identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities within the technology sector.
Conduct aggressive prospecting through networking, market research, referrals, and industry events.
Develop a strong understanding of the company’s technology solutions and clearly articulate their value proposition.
Perform solution-based selling by identifying customer pain points and aligning suitable technology solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT Managers, IT Directors, CIOs, and CTOs.
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and forecasts.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends, offerings, and pricing strategies.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
Proven track record in IT / technology sales, with a strong focus on new business development (hunter role).
Diploma / bachelor's degree in IT or any related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in technology sales or B2B IT services sales.
Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including current and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Experience using CRM and sales automation tools.
Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
