 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an IT Risks Specialist - English and French in an international project.

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Coordinating Cloud solutions’ assessment related deliverables
• Reporting the progress of Cloud documentation to the Cloud leaders 
• Middle office for TPTRM team: Update and maintain a high level of data quality in the company's tool regarding IT Third Parties
• Perform duties related to the administration and follow-up of processes of IT Risks team on all IT Risk related topics including but not limited to: Key Risk Indicators; Obsolescence; Shadow/Light IT; Permanent Controls; IT Risk Quality 
• Risks related to third party suppliers (TPTRM) and Cloud solutions
• Recommendations follow-up -Historical Incidents
• Support the procurement team in the remediation process for contracts with suppliers to bring them into DORA regulation compliance (implementation of the Group’s TPRM policy, generation of security annexes, execution and analysis of Supplier Due Diligence (SDD) questionnaires).
• Take charge of intra-group contracts, ensure their DORA remediation, and put in place and monitor TPRM steering committees.

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Risk or Cyber Security area (general IT knowledge is sufficient, this job does not require high technical expertise) 
• ServiceNow GRC IT module user experience
• ISO 27001/5 knowledge is highly valuable
• Good Knowledge of Dora Regulation
• Basic cloud solutions knowledge would be highly appreciated
• Very good Expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel
• Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting
• Aim to deliver very high-quality results, respecting the deadlines
• Respect the procedures, methodologies, and directives
• Fluency in French (C1 mandatory)
• Fluency in English (C1 valuable)
