Requirements


What You’ll Do


  • Provide day‑to‑day local and remote desktop support, handling inbound calls and tickets while troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.

  • Perform break/fix support, fault diagnosis, and resolution across Windows and basic Mac environments, printers, peripherals, and approved enterprise applications.

  • Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and third‑party vendors to ensure consistent service delivery, clear communication, and SLA compliance across all shifts.


What You Need


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or higher certification is preferred.

  • 2–3 years of experience in Windows Desktop Support, including Windows 7–10, Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Office 365, and PC hardware installation and troubleshooting.

  • Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, VPN, and network connectivity troubleshooting.

  • Experience with mobile device management (iOS and Android), enterprise antivirus and encryption solutions, and Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to meet SLAs and provide excellent internal customer service. Willingness to work off‑hours or weekends when required.

  • Windows 7–10

  • Helpdesk ticketing systems

  • Mobile device management (iOS and Android)

  • Basic network support (LAN/WAN, connectivity troubleshooting)
