JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a IT Regional Warehouse specialist to join our IT Industrial team. The ideal candidate will be involved in all the IT activities of implementation and support to the regional W/H projects and tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: actively participates in internal meetings with different business area managers. Collaborates with other workgroups to achieve IT objectives.
  • Business Analysis and process improvement: collaborating with stakeholders to identify issues, redesign workflows, and optimize business processes through SAP solutions in synch with his IT team.
  • User Training and Documentation: creating user manuals, functional specifications, and conducting training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
  • System Maintanance: performs routine and extraordinary maintenance. Conducts system tests on new implementations in accordance with his IT team.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

3+ years of experience in similar roles.

Degree in Computer Science or similar is a must.

Deep knowledge of specific SAP modules (SAP S/4HANA - EWM) and integration points.

Analytical Thinking: ability to translate complex business processes into technical SAP solutions.

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders.

Project Management: ability to manage project timelines and deliverables respecting the budget limit.
