With a strong track record and warm, established client relationships, you’ll manage one of the largest PSA portfolios in Australia and supply talent exclusively to high-demand sectors including mining, energy, renewables and defence.

Your Role

• Talent Sourcing: Search and select the best candidates in the industry for our customers by following our tried and tested recruitment process.
• Client Engagement: Strengthen existing partnerships and expand Brunel’s reach through excellent service.
• Sales and Marketing: Employ innovative sales and marketing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates in the market.
• Market Expertise: Stay connected to industry trends to deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions.
