Our client is looking for a
IT Recruiter
to join their team on a full-time, fully remote basis. This organization operates in the technology services space and has experienced consistent growth in recent years, expanding their footprint and strengthening their reputation through innovation and long-term client partnerships.
They are seeking a driven and proactive recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can deliver strong results with efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their pipeline, works with urgency, and understands the dynamics of recruiting technical talent.
Source, screen, and identify qualified IT professionals for various technical roles
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer stage
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews through MS Teams and maintain smooth communication with candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Zoho Recruit
Actively use LinkedIn to identify, attract, and engage top IT talent
Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining high-quality standards
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Proven experience recruiting for IT or technical positions
Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High level of proactivity and sense of urgency
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Previous experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
Experience using LinkedIn for sourcing and outreach
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Zoho Recruit
Experience coordinating virtual interviews via MS Teams
Track record of meeting hiring deadlines and delivering fast results
