What You’ll Do:

• Listen, Connect, and Guide candidates using our human-first, values-based approach
• Uncover not just technical qualifications, but deeper motivations and cultural alignment
• Coach candidates on resume positioning, interview prep, and compensation strategy
• Prioritize tasks and manage your workflow in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
• Use automation and recruiting tech to increase efficiency
• Provide a seamless candidate experience from discovery to onboarding
• Share insights during team huddles and contribute to our High Performance Hearts culture

What Makes You a Fit:

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in an agency environment
• You balance speed with quality, and know how to prioritize with purpose
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and workflow optimization
• Deep understanding of the IT landscape and evolving tech stacks
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust quickly and communicate with clarity
• Passion for continuous learning, coachable, and hungry for personal growth
