Job Description


  • Conducting recruitment processes for technical (Junior to Senior) and managerial positions for local and foreign clients

  • Acquiring new candidates (calling around databases; direct search, etc.)

  • Building a network of contacts among IT professionals

  • Developing recruitment tools

  • Caring for the good image of the company


    • Requirements


    • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar position

  • Good knowledge of English (part of the team is English-speaking)

  • Communicativeness

  • Creativity

  • Results-oriented

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Independence in conducted activities

    • Nice to have:

    • Experience in the IT outsourcing / IT consulting industry
