Mission Overview:

The client is seeking an IT React Developer for a consultancy mission through Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our company on-site at the client, delivering expertise and value in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Agile transformation of a major business bank, working within multi-disciplinary squads responsible for end-to-end digital solutions for enterprise clients.
• Develop features across both frontend (React) and backend (Java, Spring Framework) components, contributing to mobile applications and cloud systems.
• Translate requirements into high-quality code, design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new features, work with external data sources and APIs, and ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Apply development best practices, identify and correct bottlenecks, and fix bugs.
• Engage in Dev and Ops activities within an Agile squad, sharing knowledge and suggesting improvements to squad members.
• Adapt and bond with new colleagues, challenge requirements based on expertise, and foster collaboration and feedback.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Deep understanding of Core JavaScript, proven knowledge of React, Git, Jest, and React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD), clean code principles, SOLID principles, and willingness to pair.
• Experience with Java, Spring, Maven, DB, and specific frameworks is preferable.
• Practical experience with Scrum and knowledge about authentication processes and implementations.
• Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent by experience.
• Sound knowledge of English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• Agile mindset: positive attitude, pragmatism, thirst for knowledge, focus on team success, and continuous improvement.
