IT Quality Expert

Purpose:

To ensure the quality and compliance of IT suppliers, as well as to support audit readiness and project management for validation and qualification teams. This includes performing and updating supplier quality assessments, providing documentation for audit scoping and planning, monitoring remediation activities, and maintaining audit readiness. The role also supports Quality Assurance Agreements, periodic reviews, and project coordination to ensure all processes and documentation meet regulatory and quality standards.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Perform initial checks of IT supplier quality assessments
• Update assessments based on performance and compliance evaluations
• Provide documentation and evidence for audit scoping and planning
• Monitor audit remediation activities and track progress of action plans
• Contribute to improvement of audit processes and remediation activities
• Maintain audit readiness and keep System Life Cycle files up to date
• Monitor IT framework and compliance requirements to ensure alignment
• Update IT Management System reflecting process and standard changes
• Evaluate inspection findings and drive continuous improvement
• Support Quality Assurance Agreements with suppliers
• Initiate and follow up on periodic reviews (e.g. access rights, audit trails)
• Provide project management support for validation and qualification teams
• Track and report status of validation and qualification activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution
• Ensure proper documentation storage and accessibility
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management
• Train and guide project teams on compliance and documentation standards
• Prepare standardized KPI reporting

Hard Skills:

• University degree in IT, natural sciences, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Quality or GxP related area
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with digital collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
• Basic SAP knowledge
• Basic knowledge of document management systems
• Familiarity with audit or risk management (beneficial)
• Knowledge of GxP environment

At Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 8,880 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.

This position is be eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
