Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Quality Control Officer to join our team and contribute to ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute functional, integration, regression, and system testing for IT applications and digital services.
  • Review business requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
  • Prepare and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
  • Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with Development, Business, and other IT teams to ensure issues are properly analyzed and resolved.
  • Perform regression testing following fixes and new releases.
  • Support UAT activities and ensure solutions meet defined business and technical requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and quality processes.
  • Ensure proper testing documentation, reporting, and release readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT Quality Control, Software Testing.
  • Experience in functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
  • Experience in defect management and test management tools.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
