Job Description

The main goal of this role is tomaintainthe quality and reliability of our software solutiondeliverablesby testing all functional and technical components.TheQuality Assurance Specialist will work closely withregional application managers,software developers, business analysts, and IT teams toidentifydefects, verify fixes, and ensure that all applications meet the highest quality standards. This position plays a key part in achieving our goal of delivering secure, stable, and user-friendly systems thatenhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and systemapplications.

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to develop effective testing strategies.

  • Identify, document, and track software defects through issue tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow,Jira, Azure DevOps).

  • Conduct root-causeanalysis.

  • Collaborate closely with developers and IT project teams to ensuretimelyand effective issue resolution.

  • Perform regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Validate system performance, usability,stability,and scalability before deployment.

  • Participate in sprint planning,reviewsessionsand otheractivitieswithin agile development environments.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA standards, test automation frameworks, and documentation practices.

  • Provide clear and detailed QA reports to project stakeholders.

  • Stay current with emerging testing tools, automation trends, and quality assurance methodologies

  • Provide input to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and attend CAB meetings as needed.

  • Ownership ofthe QAactivities

Qualifications:

  • 2to4 years of experience in a software quality assurance or testing role within an IT systems environment.

  • Strong troubleshooting mindsetExcellent attention to detail.

  • Collaborativewith excellent collaboration and coordination skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.

  • Quality-driven mindset

  • Strong senseof QA ownership

  • Effective communicationskills and ability to work cross-functionallyin a dynamic IT environment

  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test case design, and software development lifecycle

  • Hands-on experience with test management(TestRail)and automation tools(Selenium, Playwright…)

  • Experience with API testing, performance testing, and database validation is an advantage.

  • Solid understanding ofAgile methodologies and collaborative workflows.

  • Excellent attention to detail

Work Experience:

  • Technical background or understanding of IT infrastructure and applications.

  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, or Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) environments.

  • Demonstrated experience in manual testing and elementary knowledge of test automation

  • Ability to present data and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Technical curiosity and passion forquality insoftware systems.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.

  • Teamoriented with excellent collaboration and coordination skills.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.

  • Proactivenessinidentifyingrisks and ensuring preventive measures are in place.
