Responsible for Local proximity support for workspace and applications.
Assisting Beneficiary staff with basic IT support and troubleshooting.
Handling user requests and IT-related queries.
Logging incidents and coordinating with the Network Engineer for more complex issues.

Technical competencies:

OS Deployment: Familiarity with installing, configuring and building Operating systems (primarily Windows platform)

Hardware troubleshooting: Resolve issues with various IT peripherals, including printers, docking stations, monitors.

Directory service/Applications: Basic understanding of an Active Directory environment (password resets, unlocking account, understanding organizational units); Knowledge of cloud platforms including Microsoft 365 and Single Sign-on is a plus

Network: Basic knowledge required (LAN troubleshooting, Wifi); common protocols (DNS, http/https, ping)

Remote administration: Familiarity using remote desktop tools (Anydesk or remote desktop) to assist off-site users.

Non-technical requirements:

The role requires physical presence and flexibility to meet infrastructure demands.

Work location: Strictly onsite. No work-from-home options currently available due to the nature of hardware support

Shift schedule: Rotational 24/5. Must be willing to work across various shifts within 24-hour Monday-Friday window

Special assignments: Holidays & weekends. Available onsite deployment during non-business hours for special projects or scheduled maintenance
