💡 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IT Project Manager - Fashion Production, you will coordinate Anaplan-based projects from the client IT side, acting as the link between Business stakeholders, IT teams and Anaplan technical teams.

• Coordinate Business, IT and Anaplan teams throughout the project lifecycle;
• Manage project delivery from development follow-up through testing, cutover and go-live;
• Analyse new initiatives, gather requirements and contribute to functional analysis and effort estimation;
• Document business needs, project decisions, risks, actions and deliverables;
• Track project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues;
• Prepare Steering Committees, status reports and project follow-ups;
• Coordinate testing activities and go-live readiness;
• Contribute to business development opportunities within the Fashion and Luxury & Retail sectors.

This position is nearly fully remote, with occasional on-site presence required in Florence, Italy.

Qualifications

You have experience in IT project management, business transformation or functional consulting, ideally in the Fashion or Supply Chain sector.

You also have:

• Good knowledge of Fashion industry processes, particularly Production Planning and Procurement Planning;
• Strong functional analysis and requirements-gathering skills;
• Experience coordinating Business, IT and technical teams;
• Good project planning, documentation and reporting skills;
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and project actions;
• The ability to work effectively in an international and remote environment;
• Previous experience with Anaplan or a comparable planning solution is a strong advantage;
• Fluency in English.

You are structured, autonomous and proactive, with strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
