Our client is a regulated web 3.0 enterprise software provider and blockchain educator. They are currently seeking for a IT Project Officer to join their team.

IT Project Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop extensive project plans including budgeting, scoping, timeline planning, resource allocation, risk management strategies, etc.
• Lead the software development project lifecycle, which involves the analysis of business requirements, defining functional requirements, creating a project plan and schedule, overseeing cost and work quality, preparing project documentation, etc.
• Efficiently communicate project-related matters to stakeholders across all levels
• Lead and control the risk management process related to the project, as well as completing any ad-hoc tasks
• Provide the option of flexible working hours and the ability to work in-person or remotely

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in IT project planning and management will be an advantage
• Knowledge in frontend development is preferable
• Knowledge in Figma, Notion, HTML, CSS, JS and Bootstrap is a plus
• Excellent communication skills including written and spoken English and Chinese
