Job Description

Main Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with Finance expertise to join our Back Office IT team, focusing on Finance and HR systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering strategic projects that enhance our enterprise systems and support business operations.

In this role, you will lead sophisticated and multifaceted IT projects, being responsible from start to finish for their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading and overseeing system projects with a focus on Finance and Human Resources areas.
  • Proactively managing project risks and issues.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Providing guidance to internal clients on project challenges.
  • Leading international project teams.
  • Project planning, controlling, and reporting.
  • Planning resource allocation for different project phases.
  • Ensuring effective information flow and that solutions developed meet our high quality standards.
  • Identifying and fully documenting processes used to resolve recurring issues.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven experience leading IT projects for finance functions.
  • Experience in global organizations with a proven track record in Finance ERP migrations.
  • Knowledge of migration tools, network infrastructure, and security/compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and analytical abilities, with experience managing complex projects.
  • Diligent self-starter, an outstanding listener, and a skilled communicator (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to take full ownership of issues from identification through resolution, coordinating across multiple teams as needed.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders with varying levels of technical and business knowledge
  • Proficient in English.
