Job Description

You'll be working on international, diversified, greenfield projects, ranked from small to middle size which last approx 1-2 ys.

• Developing project plans and identifying the required resources
• Delivering solutions scope on time and within budget
• Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met with results
• Set and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
• Handling the team dynamics with high sensitivity while managing the project as a determined leader
• Ensure the motivation of team members assigned to projects
• Responsible for accurate communication, being an early escalation point for the project team
• Document project progress and issues
• Provide input to the Sonrisa PMO team to improve internal processes

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in managing software development projects (supplier-side preferred)
• Fluency in English is a must, speaking Hungarian is a must
• Strong understanding of agile and traditional project methods and software development specifics
• Working successfully with development teams to deliver customly designed softwares at supplier-side
• Managing distributed teams in various geolocations
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal communication, project management and customer relationship skills
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with modern technologies and tools required for online team management (office, teams, etc.)
• Leadership skills for boosting team confidence and respect
• Computer Science degree or technical equivalent is a plus
