Type: Temporary Project

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Jupiter West, FL (required);
• Experience in project management;
• Experience supporting AI driven solutions;
• Experience with IT Nuclear project controls;
• Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of a new AI-driven solution for IT Nuclear Project Controls;
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and status reporting across the project lifecycle;
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to align on scope and deliverables;
• Track project risks, issues, and action items, escalating and resolving as needed to keep delivery on track;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to support iterative solution delivery;
• Manage project documentation, including plans, status reports, and controls artifacts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility;
• Communicate project progress, milestones, and risks to leadership and key stakeholders on a regular basis.
