Job Description
– IT Project Manager
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of a digital vaccination platform used for invitations, appointment scheduling, and reminders. You will coordinate business and technical stakeholders, manage project scope and budget, and ensure the solution aligns with the organization's digital healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and delivery of a digital vaccination management project.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using epics and user stories.
Facilitate requirement validation with business stakeholders and steering committees.
Act as the primary liaison between business teams and the external development partner.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, prioritize backlog items, and support sprint planning.
Monitor project scope, budget, timelines, and risks.
Ensure the solution aligns with the organization's IT architecture and digital strategy.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including legal, IT, communications, security, and data protection teams.
Build collaboration with external healthcare partners and public sector stakeholders.
Track project activities and progress using Jira.
Prepare project reports and present updates to the steering committee.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing IT projects.
Strong background in functional analysis and business requirements documentation.
Experience managing outsourced IT development projects.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with the Belgian digital healthcare ecosystem, including eHealth platform services, is an advantage.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple teams.
Languages
Native proficiency in Dutch
Active knowledge of English
Work Environment
Hybrid working model with approximately 2–3 remote working days per week
