IT Project Manager – Infrastructure & Security

Location: Couillet, Belgium

Digit'Eaux is a key partner for digital transformation projects within the water sector in Wallonia. We support major organizations such as SWDE, SPGE, and several accredited wastewater treatment operators. We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic projects focused on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity

You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through to production, within a multi-project environment. You'll collaborate with internal technical teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.

Key Projects

• NIS2 compliance initiatives across multiple organizations (SWDE, SPGE, Digit'Eaux, etc.)
• Cybersecurity enhancement programs
• Implementation of a Security Operations Center (SOC)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of IT projects (scope, timeline, budget, quality)
• Structure projects and define clear scopes
• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders
• Manage dependencies and synergies across projects
• Track progress, risks, and budgets
• Prepare and lead steering committees
• Ensure clear communication and reporting
• Deliver high-quality, governance-ready project documentation

Profile

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in IT project management

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies ( PMI or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and drive stakeholders
• Comfortable working in complex, multi-organization environments
• Proven experience delivering structured project documentation (charters, plans, reports, budget tracking)

Technical Knowledge

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure environments
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity concepts
• Ability to work closely with technical experts
