Job Description

We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Project Management Office team and help drive impactful business and technology initiatives at Telia.

What you’ll do:

As an IT Project Manager, you’ll lead business and technology initiatives in a hybrid environment that blends Scaled Agile Framework with classical project management You will:

• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and network-related projects.

• Manage large-scale data migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations.

• Oversee the deployment and upgrade of network infrastructure, including mobile networks and LAN/WAN environments.

• Drive the implementation of cloud solutions, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure scalability and security.

• Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and track progress against milestones.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and our external clients at all levels, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.

What will help you thrive in this role:

Passion to deliver the best project results and a sense of ownership, and personal commitment is a must for this position. You also need:

• 3-5 years of experience managing medium to high complexity IT or telecom projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in cloud platforms, network engineering projects, and data migrations.

• Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and drive clarity in ambiguity.

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

We would consider as an advantage: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification; degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Monthly salary range for this position - 3100-4300 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonus. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
