Job Title: IT Project Manager – Healthcare

Location: Hyderabad, IN.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with mandatory healthcare domain experience to manage end-to-end IT projects. Candidates must have hands-on experience delivering IT projects within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
• Manage healthcare IT initiatives involving claims processing, healthcare applications, payer/provider systems, EHR/EMR, or healthcare integrations.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.
• Experience managing healthcare IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and risk management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with healthcare payers, providers, or healthcare technology organizations.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims, EDI transactions, EHR/EMR, or healthcare integrations.
• PMP certification preferred.
