Our goal
Ensure successful delivery of projects required to create new plants in Bayer’s S/4 landscape post CORE go-live, including closely aligning with CORE deployment and template teams from Supply Chain and other functions and establishing and continuously improving the processes, governance, tools and ways of working required for an efficient and scalable plant enablement and adherence to CORE principles.
Your Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end projects for creating new plants in S/4 (from approved demand to go-live and handover).
Collaborate with CORE template and deployment teams to ensure alignment with global standards and design principles.
Translate business requirements into system changes aligned with the global template.
Hand over requirements to development teams for implementation.
Coordinate cross-functional activities across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and other teams.
Manage timelines, risks, issues, stakeholder communication, and delivery quality.
Build and maintain standard processes, governance, templates, and tools for new plant projects.
Drive efficiency improvements, including lean processes and automation.
Explore and implement digital and AI-supported enhancements.
Who You Are
University degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT project management, ERP programs, or business transformation.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA projects (preferably in Supply Chain or operational areas).
Understanding of SAP organizational structures (e.g., plant, company code, storage location, purchasing organization, sales organization).
Ability to work independently, structure complex topics, and drive cross-functional projects.
Experience operating in complex and dynamic environments.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Analytical and structured working style.
Experience with process, tools, or documentation setup and continuous improvement.
Interest in AI and automation, with a willingness to explore and apply them.
Fluent English.
