IT Project Manager – Financial ERP (Hybrid – Charleroi)
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the technical delivery of a major Financial ERP transformation program within a large enterprise environment.
The role focuses on coordinating technical teams, ERP integrations, data migration activities, and ensuring alignment between IT and finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical implementation of the ERP program
Coordinate internal development teams, system integrators, and software vendors
Manage interfaces, system integrations, and related technical developments
Supervise data migration, technical testing, and integration activities
Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and technical quality requirements
Act as the bridge between IT teams, functional project managers, and finance departments
Identify and resolve technical dependencies, risks, and project blockers
Support knowledge transfer from integrators/vendors to internal IT teams
Ensure long-term operational autonomy after production go-live
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in technical ERP project management
Strong experience with major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
Solid understanding of enterprise system architectures and integrations
Experience with:
ERP deployments and digital transformation programs
Business requirements analysis
Financial and accounting processes
Business Intelligence tools linked to ERP environments
Large organizational environments
Mainframe experience is considered an advantage
Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple technical workstreams simultaneously
Languages
French: Native or bilingual proficiency
English: Limited working proficiency
