What You Bring
Proven track record driving end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects or programs
Strong experience operating in cross-functional, international, and matrix environments
Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions and delivery plans
Hands-on experience with modern project delivery methodologies
Familiarity with enterprise application landscapes (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge, align, and influence decisions
Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complexity into action
Fluency in English and German
