Deine Aufgaben
– Du führst end-to-end IT-Projekte nach agilen Methoden (SAFe, Scrum) und klassischen PM-Frameworks (HERMES, PRINCE2)
– Du steuerst Budget, Ressourcen und Lieferketten in einem komplexen Stakeholder-Umfeld (intern & extern)
– Du koordinierst Release Train Engineers, Product Owner und Lean Area Owner
– Du sorgst für transparentes Reporting an Tribe Chiefs und Senior Management
– Du treibst Continuous Improvement entlang des DevOps Lifecycle aktiv voran
Dein Profil
– Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder äquivalente Berufserfahrung
– 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten im Enterprise-Umfeld
– Kenntnisse in SAFe, PRINCE2 oder HERMES; PMP-Zertifizierung von Vorteil
– Erfahrung mit Azure DevOps, Jira und Confluence als Steuerungsinstrumente
– Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch (Französisch ein Plus)
